Contact Center Services definition

Contact Center Services means the following core Intermedia Contact Center services: ACD (e.g., call routing and voice queuing), Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”), Contact Center Agent Application (“CCA”) and SIP Trunking for Contact Center.
Contact Center Services shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.3 (Voice Communications FSA).
Contact Center Services refers to and means any and all services offered and provided by Franchisor and/or required by Franchisor in connection with Franchisor’s management and operation of Contact Center.   • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify You in advance of any Scheduled Maintenance that may adversely affect Your use of the Contact Center Services.

  • The total Service Availability Credit due to You for any Contact Center Services affected may not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the monthly fees charged for use of the affected Contact Center Service during the month for which the Service Availability Credit is to be issued, unless the amount to be credited is less than one dollar ($1.00), in which case the credit amount will be one dollar ($1.00).

  • This may require specific Contact Center Services to be suspended during the maintenance period.

  • Contact Center Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Contact Center services as defined by the plan or plans purchased or subscribed to under Your Account.

Contact Center Services means call routing/script, IVR changes, recording, playback issues, agent access issues, dialer, call queue issues, API integration issues, vendor co- ordination for product issues. Contact Center Services means the inbound and outbound media routing, queuing, and distribution and related services, applications, and product integrations, together referred to as Contact Center.

Related to Contact Center Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;
