Contact Center Services definition

Contact Center Services means the following core Company Contact Center services: ACD (e.g., call routing and voice queuing), Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”), Contact Center Agent Application (“CCA”) and SIP Trunking for Contact Center.
Contact Center Services shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.3 (Voice Communications FSA).
Contact Center Services means call routing/script, IVR changes, recording, playback issues, agent access issues, dialer, call queue issues, API integration issues, vendor co- ordination for product issues. Effective October 1, 2022, the following schedules to the Infra Agreement are amended in their entirety and replaced with the attached schedules: Xxxxxxxx 0X (End User Services), dated as of October 1, 2022, as appended hereto as Exhibit 1 hereto, Schedule 3 (Pricing and Invoicing), dated as of October 1, 2022, as appended hereto as Exhibit 2 hereto.
