Content Participant Agreement definition

Content Participant Agreement means any Approved License entered into by AACS LA, Licensors and a provider of Digital Entertainment Content that is called an Interim Content Participant Agreement or a Content Participant Agreement by AACS LA.

Content Participant Agreement means any Content Participant Agreement entered into by a provider of Commercial Entertainment Content and DTLA or any entity authorized by DTLA to execute a Content Participant Agreement.
