continental shelf means the continental shelf referred to in section 7 of the Territorial Waters Act, 1963 (Act No. 87 of 1963); (xxxviii)
continental shelf means the continental shelf as defined in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea;
continental shelf means the exclusive economic zone established under section 4 of the Maritime Zones Act;

continental shelf. ’ means the sea-bed and subsoil of the submarine areas that extend beyond a country’s territorial sea to the limits provided by customary international law as re- flected in Article 76 of the 1982 Convention on the Law of the Sea; and
continental shelf means the seabed and subsoil of those submarine areas adjacent to the coasts of the islands of Fiji, but beyond the territorial limits of Fiji, to a depth of two hundred metres below the surface of the sea, or, beyond that limit, to where the depth of the superjacent waters admits of exploitation of the natural resources of those areas;
