Contingency Expiration Date definition

Contingency Expiration Date means the date which is thirty (30) days after the later of: (a) the Opening of Escrow; or (b) the date that Buyer receives all of the Property Files.
Contingency Expiration Date means the date which is thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement, or such earlier date as may be specified by Buyer by delivering written notice thereof to Seller and Escrow Agent.
Contingency Expiration Date shall have the meaning given that term in 2 8 Section 10.1 below.
