Contingent Emergency Response Component Manual definition

Contingent Emergency Response Component Manual or the acronym “CERCM” means the plan referred to in Section I.I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to be adopted by the Borrower for the Contingent Emergency Response Part in accordance with the provisions of said Section.
Contingent Emergency Response Component Manual or the acronym “CERCM” means the plan referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to be adopted by the Recipient for the Contingent Emergency Response Part in accordance with the provisions of said Section.
Contingent Emergency Response Component Manual or “CERC Manual” means the manual referred to in Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to be adopted by the Recipient for the Contingent Emergency Response Part in accordance with the provisions of said Section; as said manual may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules or annexes to the manual.

Contingent Emergency Response Component Manual or “CERCM” means the manual referred to in Section I.F.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, acceptable to the Association, to be adopted by the Recipient for the implementation of the CER Component, in accordance with the provision of said Section.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8. Energy Efficiency Resource: “Energy Efficiency Resource” shall have the meaning specified in the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement. Energy Market Opportunity Cost:

  • Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Maximum Run Time:

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
