Contingent Payment Date definition

Contingent Payment Date means March 31, 1999.
Contingent Payment Date means the stated due date, specified in the Security, of Contingent Payments, if any are payable under the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.

More Definitions of Contingent Payment Date

Contingent Payment Date means with respect to each Contingent Payment Period the date 60 days following the end of such Contingent Payment Period.
