Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by guarantee contained in Schedule 2 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the date of adoption of these Articles;
Covered article means any hardware, software, or service that–
these Articles means these articles of association as altered from time to time and the expression “this article” shall be construed accordingly;
the Articles means these Articles of Association of the Academy Trust;
Commercial derivative military article means an item acquired by the Department of Defense that is or will be produced using the same production facilities, a common supply chain, and the same or similar production processes that are used for the production of articles predominantly used by the general public or by nongovernmental entities for purposes other than governmental purposes.
Regulated article means any article of any character carrying or capable of carrying the Boll Weevil, including, but not limited to, cotton plants, seed cotton, cottonseed, other hosts, gin trash, gin equipment, mechanical cotton pickers, and other equipment associated with cotton production, harvesting, or processing.
Single-service articles means cups, containers, lids, closures, plates, knives, forks, spoons, stirrers, paddles, straws, napkins, wrapping materials, toothpicks, and similar articles intended for one-time, one-person use and then discarded.
Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.
Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Article means an article of this Agreement unless another document is specifically referenced.
Company Articles means the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Mist spray adhesive means any aerosol which is not a special purpose spray adhesive and which delivers a particle or mist spray, resulting in the formation of fine, discrete particles that yield a generally uniform and smooth application of adhesive to the substrate.
Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.
Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures governing the Rights Offering, which procedures are attached as an exhibit to the Disclosure Statement, and shall be Acceptable to the Debtors and each of the Required Parties.
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Cyanoacrylate adhesive means any adhesive with a cyanoacrylate content of at least 95% by weight.
DMF means a drug master file and all equivalents, and related proprietary dossiers, in any country or jurisdiction in the Territory (including any active substance master file in the EMA) for API submitted or to be submitted by a Party to Regulatory Authorities.
Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.
Contact adhesive means a non-aerosol adhesive that: (i) is designed for application to both surfaces to be bonded together, and (ii) is allowed to dry before the two surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iii) forms an immediate bond that is impossible, or difficult, to reposition after both adhesive- coated surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iv) does not need sustained pressure or clamping of surfaces after the adhesive-coated surfaces have been brought together using sufficient momentary pressure to establish full contact between both surfaces. “Contact Adhesive” does not include rubber cements that are primarily intended for use on paper substrates. “Contact Adhesive” also does not include vulcanizing fluids that are designed and labeled for tire repair only.
Access Codes means the username and password given by the Company to the Client for accessing the Company’s website.
Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);
Redeemable means, with respect to any Equity Interest, any Debt or any other right or Obligation, any such Equity Interest, Debt, right or Obligation that (a) the issuer has undertaken to redeem at a fixed or determinable date or dates, whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise, or upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of the issuer or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder.
Amended Articles means the amended articles of JMB, reflecting the alterations to the Original Articles as provided for in the Plan, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan;
Authorizing Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors or by an Officer or committee of Officers pursuant to Board delegation authorizing a Series of Securities.
prohibited article means an article the introduction or removal of which into or out of a prison is prohibited by any rule under this Act.
