Contract Database definition

Contract Database means the electronic database of contracts prepared by the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements on the eKnow platform, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
