Contract Extension Amendment Effective Date definition

Contract Extension Amendment Effective Date means the date on which the Contract Extension Amendment becomes effective with regard to this contract. • Subject to subparagraph (b), the provisional effective date pursuant to paragraph (a) shall be the Contract Extension Amendment Effective Date if the conditions set out in subparagraph (e) are met.

• Commencing with the Contract Extension Amendment Effective Date, the State shall establish and maintain a SWRDS Support Account to provide a source of funds to pay System costs that are not chargeable to the Contractors under their respective Water Supply Contracts and for the payment of which there are no other monies available.
