Employment Period definition

Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Examples of Employment Period in a sentence

  • At any time during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company without Good Reason by providing prior written notice of at least thirty (30) days to the Company.

  • If the Executive dies during the Employment Period, this Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company shall automatically terminate and the Company’s obligations to the Executive’s estate and to the Executive’s Qualified Beneficiaries shall be limited to the Accrued Benefits.

Employment Period means the period during which Executive is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
