Examples of Employment Period in a sentence
At any time during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company without Good Reason by providing prior written notice of at least thirty (30) days to the Company.
If the Executive dies during the Employment Period, this Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company shall automatically terminate and the Company’s obligations to the Executive’s estate and to the Executive’s Qualified Beneficiaries shall be limited to the Accrued Benefits.
The Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Compensation Committee, will define a set of goals and objectives during the Employment Period as a basis for determining a bonus award(s).
During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to accrue, on a pro rata basis, 3 weeks of paid vacation days per year.
