Employment Period definition

Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Examples of Employment Period in a sentence

  • The Executive’s employment shall terminate automatically upon the Executive’s death during the Employment Period.

  • During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive a salary (the “Base Salary”) at the rate of $621,863.00 per annum, payable in equal installments at such payment intervals as are the usual custom of the Company, but not less often than monthly.

  • If the Executive is deemed to have a Disability (as hereinafter defined) during the Employment Period, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the Executive’s employment upon thirty (30) days’ notice to the Executive.

  • In all events, during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to reasonable and documented air travel and lodging, cellular phone charges and reimbursement for reasonable automobile expenses in connection with approved business travel on an after-tax basis.

  • During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the long-term incentive plans of the Company, including, but not limited to, the Company’s 2021 Management Incentive Plan (the “2021 Plan”) or any successor thereto, on a basis consistent with the Executive’s positions with the Company.
