Employment Period definition

• At any time during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company without Good Reason by providing prior written notice of at least thirty (30) days to the Company.

• During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to accrue, on a pro rata basis, 3 weeks of paid vacation days per year.

Employment Period means the period during which Executive is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
