Contracted Parties definition

Contracted Parties collectively means the Contractor, any subcontractor, and any sub-subcontractor and includes, but is not limited to, any of the Contractor’s, any subcontractor’s, or any sub-subcontractor’s boards, board members, officers, officials, employees, volunteers, agents, servants, and representatives.
Contracted Parties means Persons other than the Company and WFB that provides Transaction Card Services pursuant to a contract between such Person and Company requiring such Persons to be bound by terms and conditions similar to those included in this Agreement (as further described in Section 5.2.5) and which Persons are required to be registered with the Payment Companies by WFB. Contracted Parties, in the case of Company, shall necessarily include ISOs or MSPs with whom Company contracts relative to the Transaction Card Services being provided pursuant to this Agreement. WFB reserves the right to approve all Contracted Parties proposed by Company, and WFB's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Company acknowledges that it is responsible for all actions of Contracted Parties in relation to the provision of Transaction Card Services and such Contract Parties' compliance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other agreement to the contrary, Company hereby agrees that it shall at all times be responsible for the actions and omissions of such Contracted Parties.
Contracted Parties means Persons with whom the Company elects to do business, and whom Xxxxx Fargo approves, which approval shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld, in providing Transaction Card Services pursuant to a contract between such Person and Company requiring such parties to be bound by all applicable obligations under this Agreement. Contracted Parties, in the case of Company, shall necessarily include any independent sales organizations (ISOs) or member service providers (MSP) with whom Company contracts relative to the Transaction Card Services being provided pursuant to this Agreement and which must be registered by WFB with a Payment Company (“Registered Contracted Parties”). Company acknowledges that it is responsible for all actions of such Persons in relation to the provision of Transaction Card Services and their compliance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other agreement to the contrary, Company hereby agrees that it shall at all times be responsible for the actions and omissions of such Contracted Parties as they relate to the Transaction Card Services being provided pursuant to this Agreement and shall indemnify WFB pursuant to Article 9 for any Losses experienced by WFB that are attributable to the acts or omissions of Contracted Parties.

  • Contractor represents and warrants to District that Contractor and all of Contractor's employees, agents or volunteers (the "Contracted Parties") have in effect and shall maintain in full force throughout the Term of this Agreement all licenses, credentials, permits and any other legal qualifications required by law to perform the Services and to fully and faithfully satisfy all of the terms set forth in this Agreement.

  • In order to perform the Best Practices of the Oil Industry, the Contracted Parties shall rely on the standards issued by ANP and other Brazilian public bodies, incorporating technical standards and recommendations of internationally recognized bodies and associations of the Oil Industry, whenever such measures increase the chances to achieve the objectives listed above.

  • The Contracted Parties undertake to provide the Operator, to the benefit of the Consortium and in the proportion of their shares, with funds required to achieve the objectives of this Consortium Agreement.

  • In case of use of pre-existing xxxxx or infrastructure, the Contracted Parties shall undertake, with respect to them, the responsibilities provided for in the Agreement and in the Applicable Laws and Regulations.
