Contracted Vessels definition

Contracted Vessels means, collectively, each of the Vessels listed on Schedule B;
Contracted Vessels hereinafter refers to all of the vessels named in Schedule III(b) hereto. The agreements listed in Schedule VIII hereto are collectively referred to as the “Operative Agreements”. This is to confirm the agreement among the Partnership Parties and the Underwriters concerning the purchase of the Securities from the Partnership by the Underwriters.
Contracted Vessels means those 7 (seven) Vessels in respect of which, as at the date of this Agreement, certain of the Owners have entered into Shipbuilding Contracts, as set out in Schedule 2 Part B;
