Contracting Body Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Contracting Body which are made available for use by the Prime Contractor or its Sub-contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them) on the terms set out in the Contract or any separate agreement or licence

Examples of Contracting Body Premises in a sentence

  • The Prime Contractor's Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Contracting Body Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or within the boundaries of those Contracting Body Premises.

  • Any land or Contracting Body Premises made available from time to time to the Prime Contractor by the Contracting Body in connection with the Contract shall be made available to the Prime Contractor on a non-exclusive licence basis and shall be used by the Prime Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract.

  • The Prime Contractor shall (and shall ensure that its Staff shall) observe and comply with such rules and regulations as may be in force at any time for the use of such land or Contracting Body Premises and conduct of personnel at the land or Contracting Body Premises as determined by the Contracting Body, and the Prime Contractor shall pay for the cost of making good any damage caused by the Prime Contractor or its Staff other than fair wear and tear.

  • Where the Contracting Body Premises are being used in connection with provision of the Services, on completion of the Services, the Prime Contractor shall remove the Equipment together with any other materials used by the Prime Contractor to supply the Services and shall leave the Contracting Body Premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition.

  • The Prime Contractor shall have the use of such land or Contracting Body Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.

  • The Contracting Body may, by written notice to the Prime Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Contracting Body Premises:- any member of the Staff; or any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff; whose admission or continued presence would, in the reasonable opinion of the Contracting Body, be undesirable.

  • The Prime Contractor is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Contracting Body Premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Prime Contractor or any Staff.

  • The Prime Contractor shall limit access to such land or Contracting Body Premises to such Staff as is necessary to enable it to perform its obligations under the Contract and the Prime Contractor shall co-operate (and ensure that its Staff co-operate) with such other persons working concurrently on such land or Contracting Body Premises as the Contracting Body may reasonably request.

  • All Equipment brought onto the Contracting Body Premises shall be at the Prime Contractor's own risk and the Contracting Body shall have no liability for any loss of or damage to any Equipment unless the Prime Contractor is able to demonstrate that such loss or damage was caused or contributed to by the Contracting Body's Default.

  • At the Contracting Body's written request, the Prime Contractor shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Contracting Body Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Contracting Body may reasonably request.

Related to Contracting Body Premises

  • University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.
