Contracting Person means a person who enters
Contracting Person means a person who enters into a comprehensive or interim agreement with a responsible governmental entity under this chapter.

Contracting Person means a person who enters into a Comprehensive or Interim Agreement with TFC pursuant to Chapter 2267. See Gov’t Code § 2267.001(3).
