Contracting Pharmacy definition

Contracting Pharmacy means a pharmacy that has a contract with the Plan to provide Drug services to Members.
Contracting Pharmacy means a pharmacy which has a contract with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to provide prescription Drug services to Eligible Individuals.
Contracting Pharmacy means an independent pharmacy that is not part of a regional or national chain, or part of a pharmacy services administration organization (PSAO), and there is no other pharmacy within a ten mile radius.
