Contractor Proposal definition

Contractor Proposal means the document, substantially in the format of Attachment C hereto, that Contractor submits to the Judicial Council in response to a Services Request Form in accordance with the Service Work Order Process provision herein. The Contractor Proposal Form should include the items listed on the Contractor Proposal Form including (1) the construction schedule, (2) a list of Subcontractors, (3) payment schedule, and (4) reference to applicable Project drawings and specifications, or layouts, and technical data or information for the applicable Project.

Contractor Proposal means the documents submitted by Contractor in response to the RFP, including any supplemental submittals attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein throughout by reference.

Related to Contractor Proposal
