CONTRACTOR REPAIR ACT definition

CONTRACTOR REPAIR ACT means Chapter 672E of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. "COUNTY" means the City and County of Honolulu.

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.
