  • If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage.

  • The City shall be named by endorsement as an additional insured on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy.

  • Contractors Pollution Liability insurance shall be written in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per loss, with an annual aggregate of at least $1,000,000.

  • If this Agreement includes Construction Work that involves asbestos, lead, or mold remediation this section applies: Contractors Pollution Liability insurance written on an occurrence form with limits of liability not less than $1 million per occurrence and $1 million per project aggregate.

  • If the services involve mold identification/remediation, the Contractors Pollution Liability policy shall not contain a mold exclusion, and the definition of Pollution shall include microbial matter, including mold.

  • Contractors Pollution Liability Amounts of coverage shall be no less than: ▪ $1,000,000 Each Claim ▪ If a combined Contractor’s Pollution Liability and Professional Liability policy is utilized, the limits shall be $3,000,000 Each Claim.

  • Contractors Pollution Liability shall cover bodily injury, property damage, cleanup costs, and defense including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims.
