CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE definition

CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE means the basic time schedule agreed upon by both PARTIES for the performance of any CONTRACT as attached as an appendix to such CONTRACT and with which the detailed time schedule shall comply.

  • This detailed time schedule shall fully comply with the CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE itself and include all steps and stages required for the due, proper and timely delivery of the WORKS AND/OR EQUIPMENT.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall, in compliance with the CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE, transmit to the BUYER a detailed time schedule with respect to the full performance of the CONTRACT.

  • The CONTRACTOR undertakes to deliver the WORKS AND/OR EQUIPMENT according to the concerned CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE and at the place designed in each CONTRACT.

  • The due achievement of any contractual event shall be subject to BUYER’s prior quantitative and qualitative acceptance, which will take into account the respect of the CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE.

  • Any CONTRACTOR’s request to postpone one or more deadline(s) of the CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE shall be justified by the CONTRACTOR and prior expressly agreed upon in writing with the BUYER.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall provide the BUYER with the whole DOCUMENTATION by the due date set out in the corresponding CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE, and according to the form and contents agreed by and between the PARTIES.

  • If the INDUSTRIAL COMMISSIONING cannot be carried out or completed due to CONTRACTOR’S reasons, the CONTRACTOR shall, at its own expenses and risks, carry out all appropriate actions so that the WORKS AND/OR EQUIPMENT meet the conditions and requirements of the CONTRACT in compliance with the CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE.

  • Changes to the CONTRACT, including to CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE may be implemented only in cases and in compliance with the rules specified in the CONTRACT and GUIDELINES.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall examine, as soon as possible, any changes in any CONTRACT that may be requested by the BUYER, the CONTRACTOR agreeing for this purpose not to refuse such changes without sufficient examination and justification.Changes or Modification to the CONTRACT, including to CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE may be implemented only in cases and in compliance with the rules specified in the CONTRACT, taking into account the GUIDELINES.

Related to CONTRACTUAL TIME SCHEDULE

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA). GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • Contractual Delivery Date means the stipulated date on which the contractor shall attain

  • Real-Time Price means the Resource-Specific Settlement Interval LMP as defined in the CAISO Tariff. If there is more than one applicable Real-Time Price for the same period of time, Real-Time Price shall mean the price associated with the smallest time interval.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Real-Time Commitment means NYISO’s multi-period security constrained unit commitment and dispatch model, as defined in the NYISO Tariffs.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Contractual Service means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors. Contractual Services do not include auditing services, Maintenance Services, or Professional Services as defined in Section 287.055(2)(a) of the Florida Statutes, and these Rules. Contractual Services also do not include any contract for the furnishing of labor or materials for the construction, renovation, repair, modification, or demolition of any facility, building, portion of building, utility, park, parking lot, or structure or other improvement to real property entered into pursuant to Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes, and Rules 3.5 or 3.6.

  • Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Extra Contractual Obligations shall be defined as those liabilities not covered under any other provision of this Contract and that arise from the handling of any claim on business covered hereunder, such liabilities arising because of, but not limited to, the following: failure by the Company to settle within the Policy limit, or by reason of alleged or actual negligence, fraud or bad faith in rejecting an offer of settlement or in the preparation of the defense or in the trial of any action against its insured or reinsured or in the preparation or prosecution of an appeal consequent upon such action.

  • Real-time Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Reduced leave schedule means a leave schedule that reduces the usual number of hours per workweek, or hours per workday, of an employee.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as the date this Contract starts;

  • Individual contract plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
