Controlled Amortization Amount definition

Controlled Amortization Amount means $68,181,818; provided that after any Additional Issuance Date, or if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is postponed pursuant to Section 7.03, the Controlled Amortization Amount shall mean the amount to be specified on such Additional Issuance Date or on the date on which the Accumulation Period is postponed, as applicable; provided further, that if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is postponed pursuant to Section 7.03, the Controlled Amortization Amount for each Monthly Period shall be no greater than the Accumulation Period Amount for such Monthly Period and no less than the lesser of (a) the Accumulation Period Amount for such Monthly Period and (b) one-eleventh of the Class A Initial Invested Amount; provided, however, that the sum of the Controlled Amortization Amounts for all Monthly Periods during the postponed Accumulation Period shall not be less than the Class A Initial Invested Amount.
Controlled Amortization Amount means for any Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Amortization Period prior to the payment in full of the Note Principal Balance, an amount equal to (a) the Note Principal Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period divided by (b) twelve.
Controlled Amortization Amount means an amount equal to the result of (a) the Invested Amount as of the Distribution Date preceding the Specified Accumulation Period Commencement Date divided by (b) the Accumulation Period Length.
