Controlling Shares definition

Controlling Shares. – means the tranche of shares that directly or indirectly assures to the holder(s) individual and/or shared Control of the Company.
Controlling Shares means the stake of shares giving its holder or holders the ability to exercise, directly or indirectly, the individual and/or shared Corporate Control of the Company.
Controlling Shares means the block of shares that directly or indirectly assures their holders the individual and/or shared exercise of the controlling power in the Company.
