Removal of Conveners and Depute Conveners (3) A simple majority of Councillors present and voting at any meeting of the Council called for that purpose may remove all Conveners and Depute Conveners including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Convener and Depute Convener of the Council (Lord Provost and Depute Lord Provost), from office with immediate effect.
