Conversion Common Units definition

Conversion Common Units means Common Units issued upon conversion of the Series A Preferred Units pursuant to Section 16.4(a).
Conversion Common Units means the Common Units issuable upon the conversion of the Issued Series A Units issued pursuant to the Contribution Agreement.
Conversion Common Units means the Common Units issuable upon the conversion of the Preferred Units issued (i) in the Private Placement, (ii) in the Additional Private Placement, if applicable, and (iii) upon conversion of the Convertible Debenture, if applicable.

More Definitions of Conversion Common Units

Conversion Common Units means Common Units issued upon conversion of the Series A Preferred Units pursuant to Section 16.11(a). “Cumulative Common Unit Arrearage” means, with respect to any Common Unit, whenever issued, and as of the end of any Quarter, the excess, ifany, of (a) the sum of the Common Unit Arrearages with respect to an Initial Common Unit for each of the Quarters within the Subordination Period ending onor before the last day of such Quarter over (b) the sum of any distributions theretofore made pursuant to Section 6.4(a)(ii) and the second sentence of Section 6.5 with respect to an Initial Common Unit (including any distributions to be made in respect of the last of such Quarters).
Conversion Common Units means Common Units issued upon conversion of the Series A Preferred Units pursuant to S ection 16.4(a). “Curative Allocation” means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of S ection 6.1(d)(xii). “Current Market Price” has the meaning assigned to such term in S ection 15.1(a).
Conversion Common Units means Common Units issued upon conversion of the Series A Preferred Units pursuant to Section 16.4(a). “Converted Common Units” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(d)(xi).
Conversion Common Units means Common Units issued upon conversion of the Series A Preferred Units pursuant to Section 16.11(a). “Cumulative Common Unit Arrearage” means, with respect to any Common Unit, whenever issued, and as of the end of any Quarter, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of the Common Unit Arrearages with respect to an Initial Common Unit for each of the Quarters within the Subordination Period ending on or before the last day of such Quarter over (b) the sum of any distributions theretofore made pursuant to Section 6.4(a)(ii) and the second sentence of Section 6.5 with respect to an Initial Common Unit (including any distributions to be made in respect of the last of such Quarters).
Conversion Common Units means Common Units of Genesis received by the Company in a Conversion Event.
Conversion Common Units means the Common Units issuable upon conversion of the Purchased Units or upon conversion of the Class B Units, as the context requires, in accordance with the Copano LLC Agreement.
