Convertible Note Debt definition

Convertible Note Debt means the Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries under the Convertible Note Documents.
Convertible Note Debt means unsecured Indebtedness under the Senior Convertible Notes.
Convertible Note Debt means the aggregate unsecured Debt due and owing by Borrower under the Convertible Notes.
