Examples of Converting Member in a sentence

  • Upon a Conversion, all Class B Interests held by each Converting Member will be converted into the number of Class A Interests having the same Fair Value on a fully diluted basis as the Class B Interests held by such Converting Member immediately prior to the Conversion.
