Conveyance Project definition

Conveyance Project means the project described in the Department of Water Resources Notice of Preparation dated January 15, 2020.
Conveyance Project means the project described in Section 2(a) of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the Department of Water Resources, State of California and the Construction Authority.
Conveyance Project means the project described in the DWR Notice of Preparation dated January 15, 2020 for the purpose of conveying water from the Sacramento River north of the Delta directly to the existing SWP and, potentially, CVP facilities located south of the Delta.

More Definitions of Conveyance Project

Conveyance Project means the planning, environmental documentation, permitting, and other preconstruction activities associated with the evaluation and development of a proposal and, as appropriate, alternatives for new Delta water conveyance facilities to be owned and operated by DWR, that would convey water from the Sacramento River north of the Delta directly to the existing SWP and, potentially, CVP pumping plants located in the south Delta.
Conveyance Project means the project described in Section 2(a) of the JEPA, including facilities for conveying and delivering water for public or private uses and all rights, properties and improvements necessary therefor, including fuel and energy facilities and resources, and buildings, structures, improvements and facilities appurtenant thereto or provided therefor together with land necessary therefor

Related to Conveyance Project

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Cooperative Property The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, including the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Coop Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 2 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.
