Within thirty (30) Days after execution of this Agreement, the Design-Builder shall submit to the Owner for review a detailed schedule of preconstruction activities, by expanding the preconstruction activities set forth on the Schedule. This preconstruction schedule shall be prepared using the CPM, and shall show in sufficient detail the starting and completion time sequences of design, permitting and construction activities of the Design-Builder, and identify all interface activities of the Owner.

The Grantee will also complete a preliminary design report, visual inspection of wastewater system via CCTV and smoke testing, and a field survey that will identify horizontal and vertical locations of existing utilities in the project area.

Deliverables: The Grantee will complete the design of the Haines City Sewer Lift Station-22 Replacement and Associated Force-Main Upgrades and obtain all necessary permits for construction of the Project. The Grantee will also complete subsurface utility engineering, land surveying services, geotechnical and structural engineering services, electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
