Cooperatives Act definition

Cooperatives Act means the Cooperatives Act 1997.

  • PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

  • Public Utilities Act means the Illinois Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5.

  • Protected Areas Act means the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act, 2003;

  • Gas Act means the Belgian Gas Law concerning the transportation of gaseous and other substances by pipeline of 12 April 1965, as amended from time to time.

  • FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);

  • Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004);

  • FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Purchasing cooperative means a group purchasing organization that governmental entities join as members and the managing en- tity of which receives fees from members or vendors.

  • Public Hospitals Act means the Public Hospitals Act (Ontario) and, where the context requires, includes the regulations made under it;
