Societies Act means the Societies Act of the Province of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;
Third Parties Act has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.5 (Third party rights).
Cannabis Act means An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts, S.C. 2018, c. 16, as amended from time to time.
WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) or the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2012 (NT), where applicable. WHS EPH means Workplace Health and Safety Entry Permit Holders under the WHS Act. Workplace Impairment Policy and Procedures means the Workplace Impairment Policy and Procedures found in APPENDIX 4.
Structures Act means the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998);
OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;
CARES Act means the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.
Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;
Taxes Act means the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (of Ireland) as amended.
PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Public Utilities Act means the Illinois Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5.
Protected Areas Act means the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act, 2003;
Gas Act means the Belgian Gas Law concerning the transportation of gaseous and other substances by pipeline of 12 April 1965, as amended from time to time.
FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);
Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004);
FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
the Taxes Act means the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988;
Foreign cooperative means a foreign business entity organized to conduct business consistent with this chapter or chapter 497, 498, or 499.
Charities Act means the Charities Act 2011;
Banks Act means the Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990);
the Act means the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act No. 5 of 2000).
Municipal Structures Act means the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998);
FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;
Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
Purchasing cooperative means a group purchasing organization that governmental entities join as members and the managing en- tity of which receives fees from members or vendors.
Public Hospitals Act means the Public Hospitals Act (Ontario) and, where the context requires, includes the regulations made under it;
