Coordination of Community Services definition

Coordination of Community Services means the provision of targeted case management services that assist participants in gaining access to the full range of medical assistance services, as well as access to any additional needed generic, medical, social, habilitative, employment, recreational, housing, financial, counseling, legal, educational, and other support services.
Coordination of Community Services means targeted case management services provided pursuant to and in accordance with COMAR 10.09.48 that assist participants in requesting DDA-funded services.

  • Noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system.
