Core Investors definition

Core Investors means the investor, who shall be required to subscribe to and to hold number of Units of an amount to be in compliance with Sub-Clause (ii) of Clause (e) of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 44 of the Regulations for such period from the date of issue of such Units as specified in the Regulations.
Core Investors means the initial investors whose subscription shall in aggregate, be in compliance of the requirements of Regulation 61 (2)(e)(ii) of the Regulations. The Core Investors shall be issued with Core Units representing their subscriptions. Particulars of the Core Investors shall be included in the Offering Document that shall be issued for this Fund.

More Definitions of Core Investors

Core Investors means the initial investors, who shall be required to subscribe to and to hold number of Units of par value and whose subscription shall, in aggregate, be in compliance of the requirements of Rule 67(2) (f) of the Rules for a minimum period of two years from the date of payment in full of the respective Restricted Units. Particulars of the Core Investors shall be included in the Offering Document that shall be issued for this Trust.
Core Investors means the initial investors who shall be required to subscribe to the number of Units of the aggregate Par Value as prescribed in the Rules and to hold the same for a minimum period of two years from the date of close of Initial Offer Period.
Core Investors means the initial investors, who shall be required to subscribe to and to hold number of Units of an amount to be in compliance with Regulation 44-3 (e) of the Regulation for the minimum two years from the close of initial offer period.
