Core Investors means the investor, who shall be required to subscribe to and to hold number of Units of an amount to be in compliance with Sub-Clause (ii) of Clause (e) of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 44 of the Regulations for such period from the date of issue of such Units as specified in the Regulations.
Core Investors means the initial investors whose subscription shall in aggregate, be in compliance of the requirements of Regulation 61 (2)(e)(ii) of the Regulations. More Definitions of Core Investors
