Corporate Administrator definition

Corporate Administrator means, with respect to the Issuer, Deutsche International Corporate Services Limited whose registered office is at St. Paul's Gate, New Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 8ZB, Channel Islands and any successor or replacement thereto.

Corporate Administrator means Crestbridge Corporate Services Limited, a company incorporated in Jersey with registered number 71285 and having its registered office at 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 0BD;

Corporate Administrator means an individual empowered by Licensee to legally bind Licensee, including a signatory authority designated as such by Licensee or an individual identified by Licensee as its “Corporate Administrator” for Technology Manager.
