Corporate Credit Facility definition

Corporate Credit Facility means the revolving credit facility in the initial amount of $200 million to be entered into between MVWC or one of its Subsidiaries as borrower and an agent or co-agents.
Corporate Credit Facility means that Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility in the amount of $125 million, which may be increased up to a maximum aggregate amount of $300 million, the terms of which are governed by that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of December 13, 2018, among the Corporation, as borrower, KeyBank National Association, as agent, the lenders party thereto and KeyBanc Capital Markets, Inc., as lead arranger, as such facility may be amended, modified, supplemented, refinanced or replaced from time to time.
Corporate Credit Facility means that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of July 13, 2021 among the Borrower, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent and L/C issuer, the lenders from time to time party thereto, and the agents indicated therein, pursuant to which the initial commitments of the Lenders are $500,000,000.00, as the same may be from time to time amended, restated, extended, supplemented, increased, or otherwise modified.

Corporate Credit Facility means that certain Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of October 16, 2014, by and among Pebblebrook Trust, Pebblebrook LP, each Guarantor defined therein, each lender party thereto, and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent (as such agreement may be amended, renewed, extended, restated, refinanced, or replaced).
Corporate Credit Facility means that certain Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of April 12, 2024 among the Borrower, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent and L/C issuer, the lenders from time to time party thereto, and the agents indicated therein, pursuant to which the initial commitments of the Lenders are $600,000,000.00, as the same may be from time to time amended, restated, extended, supplemented, increased, or otherwise modified. “Covered Entity” has the meaning specified in Section 10.22(b). “Credit Extension” means a Committed Borrowing. “Daily SOFR” means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment. Any change in Daily SOFR shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice. If the rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement. “Daily SOFR Loan” means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Daily SOFR.
