Corporate Intellectual Property definition

Corporate Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned by or licensed to the Vendor and which relates to the Business;
Corporate Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property which is owned by any Group Company and/or used in connection with the Business;
Corporate Intellectual Property has the meaning set out in Section 3.41(a)(i);

  • Joint Intellectual Property means, collectively, Joint Know-How and Joint Patents.
