Corporation Representative definition

Corporation Representative means any duly qualified director of the Corporation and any other person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Corporation under this Lease or the Indenture by a written certificate furnished to the District and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Corporation by any duly authorized officer of the Corporation. The designation of the Corporation Representative may be changed by the Corporation from time to time by furnishing a new certificate to the District and the Trustee.

Corporation Representative means the President, Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary of the Corporation, or any other person authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under or with respect to the Lease Agreement and the Trust Agreement.

Corporation Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Corporation in matters relating to the Base Lease, the Facilities Agreement and this Trust Agreement as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the City and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Corporation by an officer of the Corporation. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Corporation Representative.

Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Corporation Representative.

Corporation Representative means the President or the designee of any such official, or any other person authorized by resolution of the Corporation delivered to the Assignee to act on behalf of the Corporation under or with respect to the Site Lease, the Lease Agreement and the Assignment Agreement.
