Moneys held in each of the funds and accounts under this Bond Indenture shall be invested and reinvested by the Bond Trustee, pursuant to written directions of the Corporation Representative, in accordance with the provisions of this Bond Indenture and the Tax Compliance Agreement in Permitted Investments that mature or are subject to redemption by the owner thereof prior to the date such funds are expected to be needed.
Whenever Bonds are redeemable in whole or in part, the Authority will redeem the same at the written direction of an Authorized Corporation Representative given in accordance with Section 5.01 of the Indenture.
The Corporation shall direct the Bond Trustee, the Investment Manager and the Custodian, as applicable, to disburse remaining moneys or transfer Permitted Investments on deposit in the Project Fund from time to time to pay or as reimbursement for payment made for Costs of the Project, in each case within 3 Business Days after receipt by the Bond Trustee of written disbursement requests of the Corporation in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto, signed by the Corporation Representative.
