Corteva Group means (i) Corteva, (ii) EID and (iii) each Person that (x) is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Corteva and/or EID or (y) becomes a Subsidiary of Corteva and/or EID after the date hereof.

  • IDT means intradepartmental transfer.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.
