Cost of Connecting definition

Cost of Connecting means the average of the Utility's costs for the same size service connection incurred during the preceding calendar year including, if provided by the Utility, the Service Pipe, Tap, and installation thereof or portions thereof; however, the Cost of Connecting shall not be applicable under Rule 10 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service for those portions of such cost recovered from an Applicant by the Utility in the form of a Tap or similar charge.
