Cost of rehabilitation means with respect to the Park Rehabilitation Projects (i) the costs incurred or to be incurred in connection with or incidental to the acquisition, construction, design, reconstruction, renovation, development or equipping thereof including legal, administrative, engineering, planning, design, feasibility and other studies, site acquisition, insurance costs and financing costs, except to the extent such costs are funded from the proceeds of any indebtedness the payment of which is included as a Cost of Rehabilitation under clause (iii) below, (ii) amounts, if any, required by the Resolution to be paid into any Fund or Account upon the issuance of any Series of Bonds, (iii) payments when due (whether at the maturity of principal or the due date of interest or upon redemption) on any indebtedness (other than the Bonds) incurred for the Park Rehabilitation Projects, (iv) costs incurred in connection with the acquisition of real or personal property or any interest therein, including land required for relocation and relocation costs, (v) any other costs properly attributable to the design, development, construction or acquisition of the Park Rehabilitation Projects, and (vi) the Costs of Issuance of the Bonds.
