Acquisition of Real or Personal Property. The Joint Board of Directors is authorized to acquire any interest in any real and personal property which may be necessary for the operation of the service. Title to any such real or personal property shall be held by the Service.

The provisions of Chapter 360 and laws amendatory and supplementary thereto, shall apply to such proceedings. Real property acquired under this Agreement shall be held by the City and County as tenants in common.
