Acquisition of Real or Personal Property. Both the Township and Borough retain the right, jointly or severally, to acquire, manage or dispose of real or personal property necessary to provide fire-fighting and emergency services; but neither municipality shall have the right to acquire, manage, or dispose of real or personal property owned by, or hereafter acquired by, either of the fire companies, without the express, written consent of that fire company.

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. The parties shall ensure all necessary transfers or other transactions relating to the above properties are completed on or prior to the Disaffiliation Date. Any costs resulting from such transfers or other transactions shall be borne by Local Church.
