Country Schedule definition

Country Schedule means a country schedule documenting the country specific terms and conditions applying to an Account or a Product as may be supplemented, amended, updated or replaced from time to time;
Country Schedule means Schedules 1 to 14 and Schedule 16 of this Agreement, each one being in respect of each Jurisdiction.

More Definitions of Country Schedule

Country Schedule means any schedule that amends, modifies or supplements the terms of this Agreement with respect to such Custodian. The terms of the relevant Country Schedule shall prevail in the event of any conflict between this Direct Custodial Services Agreement and the Country Schedule.
