County Emergency Management Agency definition

County Emergency Management Agency means “one of the sixty-seven (67) emergency management agencies authorized, established and maintained by each county pursuant to Section 252.38,F.S.” As defined by 27P-19.002(4), “Division” means “the Division of Emergency Management, Executive Office of the Governor.” As defined by 27P-19.005(1) Base Grants Shall be awarded to a county for the use and benefit of the County Emergency Management Agency. As defined by 27P-19.005(2) Funds shall be allocated to implement and administer county emergency management programs including management and administration, training and operations. All allocations shall be subject to any pertinent Legislative appropriations.
