Coupa Platform definition

Coupa Platform means any software and hardware that enables Coupa to provide Customer with access to and use of the Hosted Applications as contemplated by this Agreement.

Examples of Coupa Platform in a sentence

  • As between Coupa and Customer, all right, title, and interest in and to the Hosted Applications, Documentation, and Coupa Platform (including all rights therein, and all derivatives, translations, modifications, and enhancements thereof) are, and shall remain, owned exclusively by Coupa notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Order Form, or statement of work hereunder.

  • This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to Customer any rights of ownership in or related to the Hosted Applications, Coupa Platform, or Documentation.
