Course Area definition

Course Area means one or more smaller areas within the Racing Area on which courses for a given race are set.
Course Area has the meaning given in Section 1(r) of the Protocol. “DDAs” has the meaning given it in Recital H.

Examples of Course Area in a sentence

  • The Water and Air Traffic Plan shall provide: (a) adequate and safe access to the Course Area for the boats of Competitors, the Officials, the media and others accredited by the Authority; (b) exclusive use of the Course Area for the boats of Competitors, the media, and Officials and others accredited by the Authority at all relevant times provided under the Event Plan; and (c) for the establishment and effective enforcement of traffic controls in the Event Airspace and the Event Waterspace.

  • Unauthorized vessels shall not be permitted within the Course Area during hours of exclusive use.

Related to Course Area

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County Borough of Conwy) Order 2006 and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
