Examples of Court proceedings in a sentence
Section Jury Duty All time lost by an employee due to necessary attendance on Jury Duty, or any Court proceedings arising out of employment, or in completing driver's tests or doctors' examinations in connection therewith, or being subpoenaed as witness at a trial, shall be paid for at the rate of pay applicable to said employee.
For the purposes of all or any Court proceedings herein, the Parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any Magistrate’s Court having jurisdiction over the intended Defendant.
