Court Square means Court Square Capital Limited, a Delaware corporation.

Court Square means Court Square II, Court Square Capital Partners II – A, L.P. and Court Square Capital Partners (Offshore) II, LP. (the “CSC Funds”) and the persons named on Schedule I of the Securityholders’ Agreement (collectively, the “Court Square Co-Investors).
