Covenant Relief Period Termination Notice definition

Covenant Relief Period Termination Notice means a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Company that is delivered to the Administrative Agent stating that the Company irrevocably elects to terminate the Covenant Relief Period effective as of the date the Administrative Agent receives a Covenant Relief Period Termination Notice.
Covenant Relief Period Termination Notice means a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Initial Borrower that is delivered to the Administrative Agent stating that the Initial Borrower irrevocably elects to terminate the Covenant Relief Period effective as of the date on which the Administrative Agent receives such Covenant Relief Period Termination Notice.
