Covenant Revenues definition

Covenant Revenues means those Legally Available Non-Ad Valorem Revenues budgeted and appropriated pursuant to Section 8.01 and actually deposited into the Debt Service Account or the Reserve Account, if any, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.02.
Covenant Revenues means the Non-Ad Valorem Revenues budgeted and appropriated, and deposited into the Debt Service Fund, to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Note.
Covenant Revenues means those Legally Available Non-Ad Valorem Revenues budgeted and appropriated by the Board and actually deposited into the Sinking Fund or the Reserve Account, or any Account or subaccount therein, to pay or secure CBA Obligations or Bonds having the benefit of the covenant described in section 511 of this Ordinance.

  • Because the Holder of the Series 2019A Bond is not entitled to a lien on the Covenant Revenues until such revenues are deposited into the funds and accounts created under the Covenant Ordinance in favor of the Holder of the Series 2019A Bond, the City is free to grant liens on the Covenant Revenues to secure other obligations to the extent provided in the Covenant Ordinance.
