  • Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending one year after the Date of Termination; and

  • Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.

  • Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.

  • (3) In this subsection, the term oil fuel’ means any oil used as fuel in connection with the propulsion and auxiliary machinery of the vessel in which such oil is carried.’’.
