Coverage Effective Date definition

Coverage Effective Date means the date on which the Coverage in respect of a Member commences.

Coverage Effective Date means the date, beginning at 12:01 a.m., that the Covered Personbecomes eligible for Benefits under this Policy.

Coverage Effective Date means the Effective Date of coverage for each Loan as set forth under the terms of the Policy.

• Your Coverage Effective Date may vary depending on the SEP for which You qualify.

• If Your Pet has NOT shown Clinical Symptoms or Clinical Signs of a Chronic and/ or Recurrent Condition(s) for a period of 24 months prior to the Policy Coverage Effective Date, We may consider this Condition NOT pre-existing by definition and allow the Medical Condition to be eligible for Benefits.

• Medical Condition or Illness complication directly resulting from a Condition that manifested, first occurred, displayed signs and/or symptoms , was noted, treated, diagnosed or has been known by You and/or Your Veterinarian prior to the Coverage Effective Date of the Policy and/or during Your Policy’s Waiting Period.

• In all cases, this includes any Associated Condition or complication directly resulting from a Condition that manifested, first occurred, displayed signs and/or symptoms , was noted, treated, diagnosed or has been known by You and/ or Your Veterinarian prior to the Coverage Effective Date of the Policy or in respect of Illness Medical Conditions during the Illness Waiting Period.

• For cats, if Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and/or Feline Leukemia Virus (FELV) has manifested, first occurred, displayed signs and/or symptoms , was noted, treated, diagnosed or has been known by You and/ or Your Veterinarian prior to the Coverage Effective Date, or within the applicable Illness Waiting Period, then no Illness Coverage is available.

More Definitions of Coverage Effective Date

Coverage Effective Date means the Policy Date as determined by the Insurer.

Coverage Effective Date means the date coverage begins on the COVERED CV-AXLE upon replacement of your CV-Axle by PURCHASE DATE and is ongoing for as long as YOU continuously own this SAME VEHICLE.

Coverage Effective Date means the date coverage begins on the COVERED STARTING BATTERY upon replacement of your starting battery by PURCHASE DATE and is ongoing for as long as YOU continuously own this SAME VEHICLE.

Coverage Effective Date means the date on which coverage of a Covered Loan becomes effective as specified on the Covered Loan Schedule. For Covered Loans acquired by the Insured prior to the Policy Effective Date, the Company and the Insured shall agree on the Coverage Effective Date. For Covered Loans acquired by the Insured on or after the Policy Effective Date, coverage shall be effective as of the first day of the month during which the Insured acquired the Covered Loans, but a loan cannot become a Covered Loan until it is acquired by the Insured. If Covered Loans are acquired over more than one (1) month, there will be a separate Coverage Effective Date applicable to all of the acquisitions in each such month.

Coverage Effective Date means the date coverage begins on the COVERED BRAKE PAD which is the BRAKE PAD PURCHASE DATE and is ongoing for as long as YOU continuously own this SAME VEHICLE.
