Examples of Covered Bodily Injury in a sentence

  • The maximum period The Takaful Operator will pay for any one Covered Bodily Injury is thirty (30) days.

  • The Takaful Operator will pay the Participant Double Accidental Daily Hospital Income Benefit as specified in the Certificate of Takaful for each twenty-four (24) hours that the Participant is confined in an Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care Unit during the Period of Takaful for the treatment of the Covered Bodily Injury sustained, less any indebtedness against the Certificate.

  • Successive period of Hospitalisation due to the same or related cause shall be considered as one Covered Bodily Injury unless separated by at least twelve (12) consecutive months during which the Participant is not Hospitalised.

  • The Takaful Operator will pay the Participant the Accidental Daily Hospital Income Benefit as specified in the Certificate of Takaful for each twenty-four (24) hours that the Participant is confined in a Hospital during the Period of Takaful for the treatment of the Covered Bodily Injury sustained, less any indebtedness against the Certificate.

  • The Takaful Operator will pay the Participant the Family Daily Allowance Benefit as specified in the Certificate of Takaful for each twenty-four (24) hours that the Participant is confined in a Hospital during the Period of Takaful for the treatment of the Covered Bodily Injury sustained, less any indebtedness against the Certificate.

  • The Accidental Daily Hospital Income Benefit and Double Accidental Daily Hospital Income Benefit are subject to a combined benefit limit of sixty (60) days for any one Covered Bodily Injury.

  • The Takaful Operator will pay the Participant Motorcycle Accidental Daily Hospital Income Benefit as specified in the Certificate of Takaful for each twenty-four (24) hours that the Participant is confined in a Hospital during the Period of Takaful for the treatment of the Covered Bodily Injury sustained while the participant is riding a motorcycle or is a pillion rider, less any indebtedness against the Certificate.

  • Bodily injury means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death resulting from any of these at any time.

  • Serious bodily injury means bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, extreme physical pain, protracted obvious disfigurement or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ or mental faculty.

  • Personal Injury means injury, other than "bodily injury", arising out of one or more of the following offenses:

  • Property damage means physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.

  • Serious physical injury means physical injury which creates a substantial risk of death or which causes serious and prolonged disfigurement, prolonged impairment of health, or prolonged loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ;

  • Compensable injury means an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of hazardous employment which must be established by medical evidence supported by objective medical findings.

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • Physical injury means substantial physical pain or any impairment of physical condition;

  • Physical Damage means any tangible injury to a Property, whether caused by accident, natural occurrence, or any other reason, including damage caused by defects in construction, land subsidence, earth movement or slippage, fire, flood, earthquake, riot, vandalism or any Environmental Condition.

  • General Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage and/or Advertising Injury caused by or arising out of an Occurrence happening in connection with the Business other than Products Liability.

  • Injury means accidental physical bodily harm excluding illness or disease solely and directly caused by external, violent and visible and evident means which is verified and certified by a Medical Practitioner.
