Covered Fee definition

Covered Fee means any fee or surcharge that is assessed automatically by respondents or their successors and assigns, following activation of any Darden Gift Card, and that decreases the value of the gift card, including but not limited to any dormancy, maintenance, inactivity, monthly, balance inquiry, or other fees assessed automatically by respondents, their successors or assigns. Provided, however, that this definition shall not apply to any replacement fee for any lost or stolen Darden Gift Card.

  • For each 0,5% Downtime under the respective Cloud Software’s Uptime SLA, the Customer will be offered Service Credits equivalent to the value of 0,5% of the Covered Fee for the affected deployed Cloud Software, up to an aggregated maximum of 5% of the total Covered Fee for the affected deployed Cloud Software.

More Definitions of Covered Fee

Covered Fee means any fee charged by Respondent, the issuer, or the program manager to a cardholder, other than a reasonable inactivity fee charged no sooner than 90 days after the last consumer-initiated transaction on the Debit Release Card. “Covered Fee” does not include a fee charged by a third party independent of Respondent, the issuer, or the program manager, such as (without limitation) a fee for use of an ATM charged by the owner of the ATM.

Related to Covered Fee

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0.   • Fixed Fee means an agreed upon amount that is fixed at the inception of the Contract. In a cost reimbursable contract, the fixed fee includes the contractor’s direct and indirect administrative costs and profit allocable to the Contract.

  • Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Non-Use Fee shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.9(b).

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).

  • Non-Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.
